SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping worldwide. Most artwork will be packed and sent from Pauri, India. Some items will be sent from Assen, The Netherlands. This is shown in the description of the artwork. When possible, packages are shipped with tracking. Seller is not responsible for any unforeseen damage during the transport.

SHIPPING FROM INDIA

Is the international shipping from Pauri (India) reliable? Yes, it is. Packages arrive well on their destination. There is no option for a track&trace at our local post office. Most packages arrive within 7-15 days. In the unforeseen case of a package getting lost, an alternative product choice or refund may apply. Please contact me in such case.

ORDER

You can place an order by filling the contact form with the artwork's name + shipping address + preferred method of payment: IDEAL, PayPal or Wise. Once payment is completed, you receive a confirmation and receipt.

The order will be packed and sent within 3-5 days. We are working on online payments for near future.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay with iDeal, PayPal or Wise.

You can also choose manual bank transfer or Wise as a payment method.

In case of other preferred payment options, please contact me.

PACKING

All original paintings are impregnated for protection against dust, colouring and UV light. Small and medium art will be sent stretched on the canvas. Large art will be rolled and sent. Buyer can stretch / frame the canvas at a local framing shop. Items will be handled with greatest care and packed with the appropriate materials to ensure protection while being shipped. 

RETURN POLICY

If for some reason you are not happy with a bought painting, please contact me via the contact form or on Whatsapp: +31627048380. In case of return, item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival. Refund will be given once item(s) have returned in the same condition as when purchased. Shipping method must be the same as when purchased (i.e. tracked, properly packaged). The return costs of the shipping will be paid by the buyer. Any additional costs, such as customs fees, VAT or other additional costs will be paid by the buyer.
